Aaron Soltau 
​Site Manager

Aaron Soltau is an experienced restorationist with a B.S. in Natural Resources Management and over 9 years of expertise installing and maintaining native landscapes. He holds certifications in herbicide application, firefighting, and incident command systems, Aaron brings a comprehensive skill set to PRI and is a dedicated professional committed to environmental stewardship and the preservation of natural ecosystems.

Nate Hartman
Assistant Site Manager

Nathan Hartman earned his B.S. in Natural Resources Management from the University of MN in 2016. With over 7 years of experience maintaining native landscapes, Nathan has developed a comprehensive understanding of ecological stewardship. He holds certifications in herbicide application, firefighting, and incident command systems, including FEMA training.

Shanyn France

Shanyn France is a talented Administrative Assistant. With a background in HR assistance, customer service, landscaping, and coaching, Shanyn brings a diverse range of skills to her role at PRI. With her expertise and strong work ethic, Shanyn contributes to the smooth operations of Prairie Restorations.

Troy Olson
Site ​Manager

Troy Olson is an accomplished Site Manager at Prairie Restorations. He obtained his B.S. in Wildlife Management from the University of Wisconsin in 2011 and brings a wealth of expertise to his role, with certifications in arboriculture, herbicide application, and firefighting.
Troy's expertise in implementing ecological restoration projects and promoting sustainable practices makes him a valuable asset for any restoration project.

John Kratochvil
​Assistant Site Manager

John Kratochvil is an experienced Assistant Site Manager and restoration professional. He specializes in wildlife management and obtained his B.S. in Wildlife Management from the University of Minnesota in 2006. John brings 13 years of experience in prescribed burns and herbaceous and woody invasive species management. 
With his extensive experience and certifications, John Kratochvil is an expert in implementing effective restoration strategies and managing ecological projects.

Moriah Montgomery
​Admin Assistant

Moriah Montgomery is a dedicated Admin Assistant, bringing a wealth of expertise in environmental science and sustainability. With a  B.A. in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Minnesota and A.A.S. in Environmental Science, Moriah is well-equipped to support restoration projects. Moriah plays a vital role in promoting sustainable practices and supporting the administrative functions of restoration initiatives.

Tyler Thorndal
Site ​Manager

Tyler Thorndal is an accomplished Site Manager with a strong background in biology. Tyler earned a B.S. in Biology from North Dakota State University, and brings extensive expertise to his role. He is experienced in installing and maintaining native landscapes, tree felling, prescribed burns, and heavy equipment operations. With his diverse skill set and experience in restoration and natural resource management, Tyler excels in managing and executing restoration projects.

Travis Lundquist
Assistant Site Manager

Travis Lundquist is an experienced ecological restorationist, He earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science with a concentration on Natural Resource Conservation from Southern New Hampshire University. His expertise spans managing prescribed burns, invasive species control, and custom design for residential properties. With his vast experience, Travis combines his technical skills with effective communication to deliver exceptional results.

Beth Devlaeminck
​Admin Assistant

Beth DeVlaeminck is an experienced Admin Assistant and holds an Associates Degree in Finance and Credit Management. She brings over 30 years of accounting and administration expertise to her role. She is dedicated to providing efficient administrative support and ensuring smooth operations for the Watertown team.

Jake Hoverman
Site ​Manager

Jake Hoverman is an accomplished Site Manager, with a B.S. in Horticulture specializing in Landscaping and Greenhouse Management. He joined the company in 2019, and brings extensive experience in herbicide application, landscape supervision, equipment operation, and native plant installation. With his expertise and dedication, Jake excels in managing and executing successful restoration and landscaping projects.

Brooke McBride
​Assistant Site Manager

Brooke McBride joins PRI with a broad background in ecological research and education, holding a Ph.D. from the College of Forestry and Conservation at the University of Montana. Returning home to the Midwest, she followed her passion for plants and soils into Minnesota's green industry, gaining 7 years of experience in horticulture and professional gardening. Brooke looks forward to diving headfirst into native plants and prairie stewardship in her new role at PRI.

 

Sarah Hagar
​Admin Assistant

Sarah Hagar holds a B.S. in Recreation Parks and Leisure Services with an emphasis on Resource Management from Minnesota State University Mankato. Her project experience includes reading and following topographic and grading maps, installing and managing native landscapes in various ecosystems, and conducting prescribed burns and buckthorn removal. Sarah's dedication to effective communication and her hands-on experience make her an asset to any project.

Colin McKeon
Site ​Manager

Colin is an experienced natural resources manager with a decade of experience throughout the NR field. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He is experienced in fostering native plant communities, herbaceous and woody invasive species management, arboriculture, and land management. Colin brings a wealth of ecological knowledge and technical expertise to the PRI Team, along with a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Drew Rindflesch
Assistant Site Manager

Drew holds a B.S. in Ecology and Environmental Science from Winona State University and has  5 years of on-the-ground experience managing native landscapes all across the state. His certifications include herbicide application, tree felling, firefighting, prescribed burning, incident command systems, GIS, and more. Along with his wide-ranging experience, Drew employs his skills in natural resource management to implement effective restoration strategies and bring about exceptional results.

Sue Roers
​Admin Assistant

Sue Roers is an experienced Administrative Assistant. She joined the company in 2015 and holds an Associate's Degree in Sales and Marketing from St. Paul Technical College. She brings extensive experience in various areas, including financial and sales skills. Sue is dedicated to providing administrative support and contributing to the overall success of our Randolph team.
