With pressure from development and invasive species such as buckthorn, many of our remaining woodlands are now highly degraded. Invasive species removal, select tree thinning and species enhancement are some of the methods used to restore diversity, health and stability to these critical ecosystems. PRI specializes in all of these methodologies - here are a few photos from our work:
