Two Oaks—PRI’s newest site and biggest retail store is located in the Hawkinson Business Park on the east edge of Scandia. Scandia is 10 miles east of Forest Lake on Highway 97 or 15 miles north of Stillwater, just west of Highway 95. Along with the store, this facility offers a base for staff to better serve projects on the east and north side of St. Paul. Address P.O. In addition our retail store carries garden and nature books, bird supplies, and a diverse assortment of gift items for the wildlife enthusiast.
